Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for services purchased from MASS Taxway Services.

Professional fees

Professional fees are charged for the work and advice provided. Once work on your application has started, fees for the completed portion are non-refundable.

Before work starts

If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund the amount paid, less any payment-gateway charges, within 7-10 working days.

Government fees

Fees paid to government departments (for example registration, filing or stamp duty) are non-refundable once paid, unless the department itself refunds them.

Service not delivered

If we are unable to deliver a service for reasons within our control, we will refund the professional fee for the undelivered portion.

How to request a refund

Write to support@masstaxway.org with your application number and reason. We will respond within 2 working days.
