Descriptions, timelines and fees shown on the website are indicative. The final scope and professional fee are confirmed in a quote or invoice before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. Delays or errors in documents can delay or affect the outcome of a filing.

Fees and payments

Professional fees are payable as per the invoice. Government fees and statutory charges, where applicable, are payable in addition. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

We keep all client information confidential and share it only with authorities as required to complete your service or as required by law.

Limitation

Statutory outcomes (registrations, refunds, assessments) are decided by the relevant government departments and are outside our control.
